Cancellation Policy
Comprehensive Vocal Coaching Policy Purchase Policy: - All sales are final upon purchase of any plan. No refunds are available. Registration and Payment: - Sessions must be booked and paid for in advance. - Payment confirms your schedule slot and must be completed before the first session. - Payment must be made online, and not in person. Session Scheduling: - Access to our scheduling portal is provided upon payment to book preferred time slots. - Sessions are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. - Confirm bookings with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellation and Rescheduling: - Notify at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges and forfeiting the session. - One courtesy reschedule per purchase is allowed if notified 24 hours in advance. - Submit rescheduling requests via email. Late Arrivals: - Sessions begin and end as scheduled. Late arrivals lead to shortened sessions but are charged in full. No Refund Policy: - Sessions are non-refundable. Commitment to quality coaching begins once a plan is purchased. Expiration of Sessions: - Purchased sessions do not expire and can be scheduled at your convenience. - Use sessions within 12 months. Unused sessions after this period will expire and are non-refundable. Conduct: - Professional and respectful behaviour is expected. Inappropriate conduct may result in session termination without a refund.
